What is the clinic cancellation & refund policy?

You can cancel up to 14 days prior to a clinic. If you do this, you will be issued a credit. If you cancel the week of the clinic, there will be no refund.
If you are going to be absent from a clinic, please notify your Toss and Spin instructor. Clinics that are missed cannot be made up unless cancelled by the Toss and Spin team.

What is the Special Group cancellation fee?

Reservations for special group sessions are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the session.
A full refund will be issued if cancelled more than two weeks in advance.

Do we need to sign a waiver prior to participation?

Yes, an electronic waiver will be sent prior to starting class

What happens if it rains during a clinic or lesson?

If 40 minutes or less of a clinic or lesson is completed due to weather, the session will be eligible for a monthly centralized make-up session (space permitting). If more than 40 minutes is completed, the session is considered fulfilled and will not be made up.

When and where are make-up sessions held?

Make-up sessions are offered once per month, and only when weather cancellations occur. Sessions are held at:

Diversey Tennis Center
Maggie Daley Park

Make-ups are organized into 1-hour time blocks by level, and times will vary each month. Participants from all locations may attend one of the makeup sessions based on availability.

How do I sign up and what should I expect?

Eligible participants will be notified with details and registration instructions. Make-up sessions are space-permitting, may not match your original class time, and you may be grouped with players from other locations at a similar level.

What is your makeup class policy?

Members enjoy unlimited makeup sessions for missed classes. Non-members are not eligible for makeups, except in rare, case-by-case situations. In those instances, advance notice prior to the scheduled class is required.

Cancellations and Refunds

What is the clinic or camp cancellation & refund policy?

You can cancel up to seven days prior to a clinic or camp start date. If you do this, you will be refunded in full minus the service fee. The service fee is $15 so if class is $145 you would receive a refund of $130. If you cancel the week of, there will be no refund nor will credits be issued.
Clinics or camp sessions that are missed cannot be made up, nor refunded unless cancelled by the Toss and Spin team.
If you believe you deserve a full refund for a class or lesson, please fill out the form here. Our staff will get back to you in 72 hours.
If you move and are unable to complete the session you signed up for, we are unable to provide a refund.
Sometimes we sell individual class slots.

What is the individual lesson cancellation policy?

Lessons that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at any time with no loss of a lesson.
Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of a lesson.

What is the Special Group cancellation fee?

Reservations for special group sessions are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 28 days in advance.

What is your Rewards Program?

Sign up for 3 classes sessions and receive a 4th class session for free. Valid on all programming for the entire season. These do not carry over.

Do you have a company referral program?

Refer your company for a team bonding pickleball or tennis outing and receive two free sessions or 8 total classes. Minimum $1500 spend.

Subscription Programs

These are non refunded and must be used within 30 days of purchase. If not used within 30 days you will lose the classes.

What are the benefits of being a member vs. booking classes, lessons and series individually?

How will I be charged for my membership?

A charge of $69 per month is made to the credit card linked to your account. The charge will be made on the day of the initial purchase (e.g., every 15th of the month)

Can I cancel my membership?

We have a 3-month commitment policy. After that, you can cancel at any time.

How many times can I bring a guest? How does the guest sign up for the class?

2 times a month. Please reach out to services@tossandspin.com with your requested date of the class that the guest will attend, along with their name and email.

What locations are included?

Includes classes at Maggie Daley Park, Oz Park, Grant Park, Waveland Park, Diversey Tennis Center, Lake Shore Park, and Sheridan Park (Locations may vary based on time of the year).
