We work closely with facilities, employers, and brands to design programming that makes people happier, healthier, and more connected. Since launching in 2020, Toss and Spin has delivered 600+ events, 8,000+ classes, and activated in 40+ cities across the country.

This sport paved the way for me to earn my college education, exciting career possibilities, an opportunity to travel the world, and life-long friendships. With a sports marketing and product background, I am fulfilling my dream through growing participation in all things racket sports.
