Adult Beginner Pickleball
(Levels 1.0-2.0) Welcome to your intro to pickleball class. This is for true beginners who have never picked up a paddle. In this class your dedicated pro ambassador will give you overview of rules, court layout, learn technique, and game play. You can expect to connect with new friends, move a lot, and have fun.
Adult Beginner Intermediate Pickleball
(Levels 2.0-2.5) This class is the next level up from beginner and designed for someone who has a good understanding of the basics. During this level, your pro ambassador will focus on dinking, court positioning, drills, and game play. You can expect to connect with new friends, move a lot, and have fun.
Adult Skills & Drills (Beginner Advanced) Pickleball
(Levels 2.5-3.0) This class is designed for the player who has taken the Beginner Intermediate class. Your pro ambassador will focus on building confidence in this class by enhancing technique through dedicated drills put into a point play setting. We will explore how to transition from baseline to non-volley zone/kitchen and execute a third shot drop. You can expect to connect with new friends, move a lot, and have fun.
Adult Skills & Drills (Intermediate) Pickleball
(Levels 3.0-4.0) This is a faster progression of the beginner advanced class. Your pro ambassador will take you through highly skilled, face paced drills geared to help the competitive player get better. These drills include the third shot drop and drive with them being put into a point play setting.
Adult (Beginner Intermediate) Tennis
(USTA Level Equivalent of 1.5-2.0): This class is for someone who is still new to tennis or has not played in a while but knows the basic shots. Your pro ambassador will refresh key stroke fundamentals while building consistency and the ability to sustain slow paced rallies.
Adult Skills and Drills (Beginner Advanced) Tennis
(USTA Level Equivalent of 2.0-2.5): This is a great class for someone with some tennis experience. You are fairly consistent when hitting slow-paced shots, but you have not become comfortable with all strokes. Your pro ambassador will help you work on depth, variety, and strategy.
Adult Skills and Drills (Intermediate) Tennis
(USTA Level Equivalent of 3.0-3.5): This is a great class for someone who currently plays and can sustain slow/medium pace rallies. You are familiar with common tennis strokes and you’d like to take your game up a notch. You pro ambassador will lead fast paced sessions focused on fun group drills.
Adult Skills and Drills (Intermediate Advanced) Tennis
(USTA Level Equivalent of 3.5-4.0): This is a great class for someone who can handle moderate and fast pace rallies. You have mastered stroke, footwork, and basic strategy. You desire high-intensity training that incorporates ongoing point play.
Adult Serve and Return (Beginner Advanced)
(Levels 2.5-3.0) Every point in pickleball starts with a serve and a return. This is a great class to practice and master these shots. Your pro ambassador will focus on building confidence in this class by enhancing consistency, placement, and pace through dedicated drills put into a point play setting. We will explore how to use different spins on the ball and execute the right shot based on the opponent you have in front. You can expect to connect with new friends and have fun.
Trap Tennis
Experience tennis in the most unique way! Trap Tennis is a group fitness class on the court that incorporates southern style music and moves. You select the date & we’ll handle the rest!

Young Juniors Beginner
(Ages 4-6): This introductory tennis class uses reduced court size to make the learning process easier and more enjoyable. Learn the forehand, the backhand, volleys, serving and scoring. Weekly games and drills teach basic skills in an exciting manner.
Juniors Beginner
(Ages 7-12): This introductory tennis class uses reduced court size to make the learning process easier and enjoyable. Learn the forehand, the backhand, volleys, serving, and scoring. Weekly games and drills teach basic skills in an exciting manner.
Juniors Beginner Intermediate
(Ages 7-12): After the beginner class, take it up a notch! This class will incorporate lessons from the introductory class and focus on stroke development, scoring through a series of games.
Juniors Beginner Advanced
(Ages 7-12): Designed for advanced beginners who are already able to consistently hit the ball over the net and rally slow paced balls. Players who are ready to take their game to the next level with serves and match play should sign up.
Teen Beginner
(Ages 13-17): Never played before? No problem, grab a racket and learn all aspects of the game including scoring, foundational strokes, and how to play.
Teen Intermediate
(Ages 13-17): Want to make the high school team or improve your position? This program prepares you for match play tennis. Review common strokes, serving, volleying and scoring.
