Quaker partnered with Toss and Spin to bring its “Fuel Up for Play” campaign to life through a nationwide pickleball experiential platform designed to connect sport, community, and product engagement. Across 16 markets, Toss and Spin led strategy, production, operations, logistics, staffing, and branded execution, transforming courts into fully immersive Quaker experiences featuring custom court wraps, branded paddles and balls, influencer integration, and large-scale sampling opportunities.

The program generated more than 100MM total impressions, including 40MM+ influencer-driven impressions through a partnership with FleishmanHillard, while distributing over 50,000 product samples nationwide. Beyond awareness, the campaign delivered measurable business impact, driving a 2% national retail store lift and more than $20MM in incremental retail revenue. The success of the program helped solidify Quaker’s positioning as the “Official Breakfast of Pickleball” while creating authentic engagement with active lifestyle consumers across the country.
